The Good Food Trading Co. is owned and operated by us, Jo and Jamie Blennerhassett.
We are passionate about fresh food and putting it together to create fabulous meals.
What started as an idea over a great meal and bottle of wine with friends has become a 900m2 reality. With help from friends and family we’ve created a large store that will provide Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke and local tourists with a place to either stop for lunch or a coffee, pick up meal ideas or find all the ingredients you need to make wonderful meals of your own.
We have an in-store chef and knowledgeable team of foodies who prepare fresh food on site, plus we’ve been lucky enough to gather a range of food experts to help us source and provide you with the best meat, fresh produce, dairy products, deli products and dried goods from around New Zealand and the rest of the world. Within our wide range of fabulous artisan goods, we also have extensive offerings of both organic and gluten free products.
We’d like to welcome everyone to visit our store, and would love to hear your thoughts on our current products or other products you might like us to source.
Our aim is to live up to our name and show people how good food really can be.
